I’ve used it a fair bit and, for the most part, it’s usually reliable. There have been a few times where it felt a little slow, though I’m not totally sure if that was the service itself or just the situation at the time. Overall, I’d say it works well enough and I’d probably keep using it.

"Decent Discounts, But the Codes Can Be Frustrating"
SEAGM is alright if you’re looking for discounts, but the promo codes are hit or miss for me. Sometimes I get a small saving, other times the code just doesn’t work and I end up wasting time trying different ones. I also had to wait in a queue longer than I expected, which made the whole thing a bit more annoying. It’s not a bad site overall, I just wish the promo codes were clearer and actually worked more consistently

I’ve used seagm.com a few times now, and so far it’s been a solid experience. The transactions felt secure, my payments went through without any problems, and I got my codes after the verification step. My brother actually mentioned that the extra checks are probably a good thing, and I agree, even though it can make the order take a bit longer sometimes. No strange charges or issues so far, so I’d give it 4 stars

I had a good experience overall. I ran into a few little issues at the beginning, like figuring out the setup, changing a couple of settings, getting my account connected, and understanding where everything was in the dashboard. Nothing huge, but you know how it goes, one small thing leads to five questions, like login stuff, billing details, feature questions, and whether I was clicking the right button. I reached out to support, and they were actually really helpful. They walked me through what I needed to do, explained things in a normal way, and didn’t make me feel annoying for asking a bunch of questions. They helped with the setup, checked on the account issue, pointed me to the right section, and followed up after to make sure it was working. It all went smoothly, and I appreciated that they were patient and quick about it. I’ve dealt with support teams before where you get copy-paste answers or have to repeat yourself a million times, but this was much better. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience.

I usually use SEAGM when the price comes out a little cheaper than buying directly, and most of the time the rates are reasonable. You can often catch small discounts, which is always nice. My advice to anyone using it is to go all the way to checkout before deciding, because the extra fees can change depending on your payment method. They’re not usually huge, but sometimes they make the deal a bit less impressive than it looked at first. Overall, I’d still give it 4 stars since the final price is usually fair, and I’ve never felt like I was being overcharged.

"Code worked, but I got a little confused waiting"
I bought a gift card code from SEAGM and, once I redeemed it, everything worked fine. The code was valid and I didn’t run into any invalid code issue, so that part was a relief.
The only thing was the timing felt a bit confusing. After I paid, the page didn’t update right away, so for a moment I wasn’t sure if the order had gone through or if I was just too early checking it. It did show up after a short wait though, and since the code worked, I’m okay with the experience overall.

"Annoyed About the Order Issue, but Support Handled It"
I was annoyed that there was even a problem with my order in the first place. It felt like something seagm should’ve had sorted out already, and I didn’t appreciate being left wondering what I was supposed to do next. That said, the support person did reply fairly quickly and actually explained everything in plain language without making it more confusing. They told me exactly what they needed from me and what I had to wait for, which helped calm things down a bit. So yeah, I’m still irritated that the issue happened, but the communication was good and they did fix the stress around it. I’d probably use seagm again, but I really hope they don’t mess up the order process next time.
